Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser Breakfast to support the Carolina Grasshoppers will be held February 25, 2012 at the Applebee's on Wendover Ave. in Greensboro. Breakfast served from 8AM - 10AM. Cost per ticket is $7.00 per person or 4 tickets for $25.

About Us
The Carolina Grasshoppers youth travel baseball organization is based in Greensboro, NC. Our players come from a wide geographic area known as the Triad region in central NC. We are a competitive travel team and participate in USSSA, Nations Baseball and Triple Crown tournaments in NC, SC, GA and FL. In addition to the tournaments we play in, we also are active in the offseason with speed and agility lessons at Carolina Acceleration as well as batting and pitching lessons at the Greensboro Batting Center in Greensboro, NC and The Dugout in Asheboro, NC.
Our roster is limited in numbers so as to maximize each players field time. This also provides us the ability to offer the highest level of individual coaching attention to each player. We hold annual tryouts and are always looking for players with a strong background in competitive baseball.
Our coaching model is based on the primary desire to instill positive winning attitudes in the young men on the team. We strive to teach fundamental techniques at all positions on the field but also focus on advancing game play and strategy to the highest level possible. We value the relationship formed between the players and the parents and look for this experience to be enjoyable for all.
